Swedish Massage
Swedish Relaxation Spa Massage
One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.
This is a gentle form of massage with no deep pressure, no “it hurts so good.”

Hawaiian LomiLomi
Hawaiian LomiLomi
Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian word for Massage. Experience the luxurious and relaxing sensation of warm coconut oil being poured onto our skin and being massaged with long, flowing strokes that can go from your foot all the way up to our shoulders in one continuous motion, simulating the waves of the ocean smoothing out all tension and stress. Lomi Lomi is offered with traditional towel draping as well as spa draping option.
Please talk to your therapist prior to booking an appointment regarding what draping option is right for you.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layer of the muscle and works by physically breaking down adhesion to relieve pain and restore normal movement. To do this, the massage therapist uses slower, deep pressure or friction applies across the grains of the muscles.
Deep tissue massage can help relieve:
- Chronic pain
- Limited mobility
- Recovery from injuries, muscle tension or spasm.
Contrary to popular believe, deep tissue massage does NOT have to be painful. Too much pain causes muscles to tense up and is counterproductive.

Fibromyalgia Massage
Focusing on activating the parasympathetic nervous system to help with sleep and helping with pain management
THIS POPULAR MASSAGE COULD HELP WITH PAIN MANAGEMENT
- Depending on how Fibro is affecting you at the time of the massage, the appointment time will be 30-60 minutes and priced accordingly. Massage cannot cure Fibromyalgia but can help you manage some of the side effects.

Lymph Drainage Massage
Lymph Edema is a painful swelling of your limbs. It can occur when lymph nodes are removed during cancer treatment. Lymph fluid starts to build up in extremities and causes painful swelling. Very gentle pressure and slow circular movements are utilized to help the body to move the fluid along.
Things you need to check before massage:
- Clear the treatment with your physician first
- Make sure it will not interfere with your current treatment
- If you are currently being treated by a physician you should run your massage treatment by your attending physician.

Mommy To-Be Massage
Pregnancy Massage
Please be advised that any type of massage is NOT recommended in the first trimester for the safety of the baby.
- This is a nurturing and relaxing massage. Individual attention is given by our therapist to the mother’s comfort and stage of pregnancy. Special positioning techniques are used to ensure safety and comfort of mother and baby.
